Organic turkey:
We offer a high white turkey in a chicken coop on litter, from September to December for about 16 weeks for a carcass weight of 5 to 7 kg. 5pi2 space per bird is allocated to allow for maximum comfort. The building has windows allow plenty of daylight. Then, a minimum of 8 hours of dark per day is assured for their rest. This turkey has a delicate flesh, pale and thin skin fat.

Contrairement à plusieurs viandes sauvages blanches, la dinde doit se déguster "cuit à point". S'il est rosé, il est impératif de l’enfourner à nouveau. Idéalement, il faut vérifier sa température interne pour s'assurer d'une cuisson parfaite.
